This will be an exclusive event open to the 80 ticket holders only. Your ticket includes admission, your meal, live entertainment and gratuity.

You will be starting the night off with your choice of a fresh Garden Salad, a traditional Caesar Salad, or a fresh Tuscan bruschetta on garlic toasted baguette topped with shredded cheese, lightly broiled.
ENTREE
Your choice of entree includes:
Choice One – Perfectly cooked prime rib sourced from the Old Time Meat Market in Riverview served with roasted garlic mashed potatoes, a fresh vegetable medley, and our house Au Jus. Horseradish available upon your request.
Choice Two – Fresh, Atlantic, Seared Maple Curry Salmon served with savory rice pilaf and a fresh vegetable medley.
Choice Three – Marinated Mediterranean Chicken Breast served with roasted bell peppers, red onion and greek style rice pilaf. Served with a side of Tzatziki.
FOR DESSERT
A strawberry shortcake made with a buttery biscuit layered with homemade strawberry filling and whipped cream.
We will have a selection of wines available for purchase by the bottle, as well as by the glass. We’ve also come up with a wonderful seasonal cocktail menu as well as several non-alcoholic choices!
When purchasing tickets, all attendees will be asked to choose their Starter and Entree.

THE BAND
Blessing the stage will be our very talented friends Chris Colepaugh (guitar/vocals), Darrell Chapman (bass/vocals) and Moe Fougere (percussion/drums). They will be starting the night off slow, and as the room gets “more comfortable” they will be turning it up so you can show off your dance moves!
There are two types of tickets to the Formal.
We have 80 tickets in total across two sections of the main dining room:
24 Front of Room ($85/person)
56 Middle/Back of Room ($75/person)
Front of room tickets are recommended for folks who would like a more musically intimate experience with the live entertainment and Middle of Room tickets are better suited for larger groups focusing on conversation.

Tickets are priced per person with a minimum and maximum order of 2 tickets per order. When you purchase your ticket you’ll be asked if you will come as a group. The easiest way to organize this is to have a name for your group… whether it be a group member’s name or a made up name everyone agrees on.
